Pasila Engineering Workshop 2025

We were involved in the renovation of the Pasila machine shop. We implemented, among other things, partition walls, tiling work and ceiling structures for the Subway restaurant. The project also included construction and painting work for the Motivus gym, Jiu-jitsu facilities and Padel hall.

 

The complex, known as The Train Factory, is a meeting place that offers a variety of activities, including a cinema, restaurants and exercise opportunities.

HELSINKI PARISH CHURCH VILLAGE CEREMONY FACILITY RENTAL 2020

One wing of a five-story building in central Helsinki was severely damaged in a fire and the subsequent firefighting efforts. The renovation process included both extensive demolition and reconstruction. We did the following for the project:


  • new roof
  • upper and midsoles
  • interior walls
  • electricity
  • plumbing
  • installation of fixed furniture
  • The work was made more demanding by the property's location in a challenging location in the heart of Helsinki and the fact that part of the house was in normal residential use throughout the renovation.
